The key purpose of this role is to assist learners with undertaking a period of workplace-based learning as part of the requirement to obtain an "N" Diploma. The learner will be provided with an opportunity to gain practical work experience through our In-Service Training Programme.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities:
* The Internship is a structured work integrated learning programme
* Assist with day-to-day operations and tasks
* Gain hands-on experience
* Support administrative and technical duties as required
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to projects
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Duration:
* 18 Months

Minimum Requirements:
* N6 National Certificate in Human Resources Management

Skills and Other Requirements:
* Self-motivated
* Between the Age of 18 - 34
* Computer skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to interact well in teams
* Ability to work effectively in teams
