Job Description:

Contribute to the migration from Zoho billing tool to Zuora group billing tool in order to standardize and harmonize Lengow billing process.
● Review customer contracts and extract all relevant billing terms (pricing, frequency, billing cycles).
● Structure and standardize customer, product, and pricing data for migration.
● Map existing configurations from Zoho to Zuora data models.
● Prepare and validate migration files ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
● Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and document processes and assumptions.
● Alignment and collaboration with CSM, Anna (CCO), Emilie (back-office manager France)
Collections & Legal Escalations
● Unpaid Claims Management - Monitor overdue invoices, follow up with customers, and coordinate collection efforts.
● Legal Escalation - Transfer unresolved claims to the legal department, ensuring complete documentation and support.
● Alignment and collaboration with AM, CSM team
● Process documentation.
Accounting
● Support accounting team for transversal projects

Candidate Requirements:

Your Profile

● Studies in Accounting & Finance, BSc/BA in Business Administration or other relevant fields
● English and Spanish language mandatory (French will be a plus)
● Good problem solving skills
● Proactive and excellent team player
● Strong analytical abilities
● Ability to work under pressure
● Strong methodical and organizational skills
