Job Description:
What will you do?
* Assist in the preparation and service of all meal options for menu and/or buffet menus according to recipes and hotel standards.
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, cutting, and storing.
* Wash and peel fresh produce as needed, as well as prepare and cook it.
* Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes within your assigned station.
* Assist in the development of new dishes and menus.
* Set up, clean, and dismantle your workstation.
* Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment, including food hygiene, following all health and safety regulations
