How You Will Create An Impact
* Communicate and coordinate LS HR initiatives and activities with stakeholders at all levels and countries.
* Participate as assigned, in working with both Local and Global HR teams to understand and implement processes or policy changes and develop/update detailed documentation to ensure knowledge management.
* Conduct data validation activities, in collaboration with HR stakeholders, to ensure accurate and clean data entry, perform regular quality assurance checks on system and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
* Contribute to HR projects to improve our operational efficiency and enhance employee experience, analyzing trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Your Profile
* Minimum 1 year of work experience in a fast-paced and changing environment, in a Global organization preferred.
* Strong MS Excel skills required; experience with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python) is highly valued.
* Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office
* Advanced-Proficient level of English.
* Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working with different teams across the organization.
* Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
* Ability to proactively prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects and demands concurrently.
* Ability to exercise independent judgement and take accountability for decisions.
