INTERNSHIP - Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

The position will be based in the Madrid office. You will report to the EWEST CPE Marketing Director.
The job description will be as follow (could be slightly modified):
Your missions
Lead Generation
* Help in the Follow-up and reporting for external mkt companies
* Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the lead-to-opportunity conversion process
Campaign Creation - Inhouse Agency (Platform)
* Responsible for obtaining and managing campaign codes for CPE and CSE industries.
* Weekly and monthly coordination with Telemarketing companies to evaluate campaign performance and make necessary adjustments
Campaign Creation - CollabGrid (New)
* Manage the process of campaign creation on the CollabGrid platform, ensuring proper implementation and follow-up
Landing Pages and Registrations
* Manage event landing pages for trade shows, external, and internal events, using the My Event app (New) to optimize time, improve user experience, and enhance data collection
Webinars
* Help in the Preparation and Manage the list of registered attendees and track engagement before and after the event.
* Create the Communication Kit for each webinar
Assets - Communication Kits
* Design and manage signature banners for internal and external campaigns.
* Create and oversee email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn posts
LinkedIn
* Create LinkedIn posts to promote events, talks, and webinars, and provide content support for the sales team.
* Manage event promotion within the Digital Industry community (New) via LinkedIn

Your qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, you are looking for an internship.

Spanish native and English fluent.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
