Summer Job - Global Commercial Training

Job Description:

Are you interested in how sales teams are developed, trained, and enabled to perform at their best and would you like to gain hands-on experience working with a global team? We are looking for a Global Commercial summer worker to join our Global Commercial Training team.

About the Role

Our team plays a key role in driving commercial capability across our global sales organisation, supporting sales managers and sales teams with training programs, tools, and learning journeys used across multiple countries.

You will work closely with the global team to support the coordination, preparation, and administration of these programs - helping ensure our global sales organisation is equipped with the capabilities needed to perform and grow.

You will gain:
* Practical experience working in a global commercial training function
* Insight into how commercial capabilities are developed and embedded at scale
* Exposure to global stakeholders and international collaboration
* Hands on experience supporting real training programs used by sales teams worldwide

This is a temporary position running from June to August, ideal for students or individuals at an early stage of their career seeking summer work experience.

What You Will Do

* Support the administration and coordination of global commercial training programs.
* Assist with communication and coordination with local markets around the world.
* Help prepare and organize training materials and program documentation.
* Support SharePoint sites and training-related content.
* Carry out research and preparation tasks to support upcoming training initiatives.
* Support day to day operational activities within the Global Commercial Training team.

Who You Are

* A student or recent graduate in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or similar with an interest in business, sales, learning, or international organisations.
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital tools
* Curious, proactive, and keen to learn
* Comfortable working in English and collaborating in a virtual, global team environment
