Siemens Mobility has been involved with many key rail transportation projects throughout Taiwan since 1990. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern. In this role, you will support our railway project by assisting the Installation team with documentation and other project-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
Documentation & Digitalization

* Review, compile, and classify physical reports filled out by field personnel to ensure data integrity.
* Accurately input data from paper reports into electronic formats using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Organize site photography for progress documentation and quality control reports.
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Cloud Management

* Upload and organize digital files within the company's cloud storage system to ensure real-time access to critical documentation for project usage.

Requirement:

* Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to read and write simple business correspondence.
* Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy in data entry, and proactive communication skills.
