As a DRAM Product Quality Engineer Intern at Micron, you will learn Front End and Back End flow and how to analyze BE for Yield Enhancement. Your responsibilities will include driving fab quality improvement and working together with Manufacturing Process Integration, Process and Equipment Engineering, Yield Enhancement and Global Product Yield Enhancement, Product Engineering team to achieve PTS yield breakthroughs.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Back End fallout test pattern study and find out the index
- Develop problem-solving and root cause analysis skill
- Improve BE (PTS) Yield and DPM (Quality)

Minimum Qualification:
- Current pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and flow
-Develop a system by leveraging AI technologies integrated with Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and decision support.
- Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
