Internship - SS&P - Data Analyst Intern - Linkou

Job Description:

Role and responsibilities
* Analyze procurement, inventory, and material availability datasets to improve operational visibility and process efficiency
* Utilize SAP ERP systems to manage, validate, and track purchasing, supply chain, and product lifecycle data
* Generate recurring analytical reports and dashboards to support data-driven operational decision-making
* Create reports and visual dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support operational analytics and planning activities
* Support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) operations through data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization initiatives
* Assist in identifying process bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for workflow improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain data accuracy and support enterprise PLM operations

Education and experience

Data Science/Information management/Industrialization Engineering/Business Administration/Supply Chain Management

Technical & Professional Skills
* Data analysis and operational reporting
* SAP ERP and enterprise systems
* Power BI and data visualization
* Advanced Excel and reporting automation
* Analytical problem-solving and workflow optimization
* Cross-functional collaboration and communication
* Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis is considered an asset
