Job Description:

Introduction to the job

* Administration Stuff assist the Apps team on multiple tasks

Job Description
* Support for Department activity or Project demand
* Reporting summary and data analysis (ex, SO, OT, EUV & LMP labors bucket breakdown……etc)
* Team building/dinner event arrangement
* Office environment management (war room KPI dashboard maintenance, Reimbursement)

Education and experience

* Education: Bachelor/ college student (major in Information Management is preferred)
* Experience: no specific.

Skills

* Known for basic excel and PowerPoint (Power BI skill is a plus)
* Good English communication
* Good for artist (e.g., familiar with photoshop/illustrator, video editing is plus)

Other information

* One year contract
* Able to > 2.5~3 working days per week.
* Resume with work/experience sharing includes hard copy or video is a plus
