Working Student, Distribution Management - Limited to 12 months

Job Description:

Join us now as Intern in Taiwan within the Distribution Management - Sales Management, CRM & Analytics team. You will be connected with an extensive number of internal Salesforce users in Asia Pacific, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, and China. Additionally, you will work closely with a global team to provide fundamental user assistance. You're expected to work 2-3 days/week for up to 12 months starting from early Jun 2026.

What you do:

* Maintain records (e.g. owner change and deletion)
* Answer questions on core workflows based on as-is setup in the application, e.g. Meeting Notes, Opportunity, Request for Proposal (RFP) and etc.
* Run ad-hoc reports
* Report application bugs when there is one
* Collect and escalate user feedback / complaints
* Other duties as assigned

What you bring:
* Business-fluent in English
* High learning agility and interests in Sales workflows (using a standard application, Salesforce)
* Experiences and interests in reporting or analytics
* Experiences in Salesforce and/or multinational corporates preferred
