Job Description:
* Assist in preparing HR reports and tracking employee information.
* Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of employee records.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative activities.
* Prepare employment-related documents and maintain employee records.
* Support employee data updates in the HR Information System (HRIS).
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate People Services team member.
* Support the coordination of employee communications.
* Support data entry and validation in HR systems.
* Assist with benefits enrollment and documentation
Candidate Requirements:
* 2rd, 3rd or 4th-year university student in any fields.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
* Ability to handle confidential information
* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to understand basic English reading and writing
