First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Human Resources team based in Kocaeli Plant.

Our process consists of the following steps:
* Application: 13 March - 1 April
* Video Interview: 3 - 9 April
* Face-to-Face Assessment: 27 April - 12 May
* Internship: 1 July - 31 August
Responsibilities

* Support the Human Resources team, particularly the Supply Chain function, in the execution of HR processes
* Contribute to the coordination of HR projects and provide operational support to ensure effective follow-up of ongoing initiatives
* Support the follow-up of HR agendas related to the Supply Chain function
* Provide operational assistance in processes such as recruitment, promotion, internal mobility, and organizational changes
* Prepare and maintain relevant reports and data
* Support updates and ensure data accuracy within HR systems
* Actively contribute to the planning and execution of new HR projects
* Assist in preparing project documentation and presentations
* Contribute to data analysis and reporting processes
Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
* Fluent in both English and Turkish
* Available to work full-time in Kocaeli Plant between July 1 - August 31
* Proficient in MS Office programs
* Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
