Legal Intern (1-Year Contract)

Job Description:

Provide assistance to in-house legal teamBasic contract review

Perform legal research projectsAssist in contract approval or other approval process

Assist with implementing tools for day to day functions of the legal department including;

Contract Management (Including preparing, signing and recording contracts) and Official Notice Follow Up Other admin work as needed
