Marketing Intern

A Day in the Life

As a Accelerating Intern for the TICA & PAK region (Turkey, Iran, Central Asia, Pakistan), you will support the Marketing Team with project, event, and campaign coordination. The role includes assisting with approval processes, tracking documentation, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and regional stakeholders. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, building a strong foundation for a future career in marketing.

Internship details:
* Start date: June 2026
* Location: Istanbul
* Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
* Working hours: 40 h/week with flexibility (exams and holiday period)
* Work model: hybrid (2 - 3 days in the office)

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Assist in coordinating projects within the marketing team, focusing on two key pillars: products and services.
* Support the scheduling, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of internal and external marketing activities, such as congresses, conferences, symposiums, webinars, product launches, digital campaigns, and country-based marketing reviews.
* Help facilitate communication and interaction with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial teams, customer service, supply chain, demand planning, reimbursement, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and customers.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
* Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in healthcare, marketing, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field
* Proficiency in English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level) and Turkish, with strong verbal & written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using MS Excel
* Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, openness to feedback and proactiveness
* Interest in marketing and business processes

Would be a plus:
* Knowledge of Power BI and dashboards
* Quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach
* Interest in optimization and improvement work
