Planning team sit within the Service Dept and responsible for the planning the workload of approx 300 nationwide engineers who will conduct over 250,000 customer facing jobs per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Key contact for 30-35 Bosch engineers (inbound & outbound calls)
* Exception management of jobs booking outside of the day capacity
* Responding to daily unplanned activities (engineer sickness, van issues, customer cancellations)
* Complaint handling of customer issues
* Ordering of spare parts within the agreed time
