This position contributes to our vision by:
 Troubleshoot and quickly diagnose CAD and PLM software issues
 Interface with the customer staff
 Work with a diverse group of customers with varying skills and different job functions
 Report task status and implement recovery plans as needed
 Generate written documentation, including tipsheets and training material.

* Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in a technical field of study such as mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering or computer science as a junior or senior level student.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
* Organization and time management skills
* Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
* Ability to read and review written communication.
* Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.
