Description:

* Interfacing between onsite production and design in Germany for the areas of powertrain, driving dynamics, digital, and electrical harness.

* Analyzing and problem-solving of design-related issues affecting production.

* Hands-on support with line trials, concept validation, and implementation of hardware changes.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

* Directing problem-solving teams within the plant as a design representative.

* Running and steering projects and problem-solving teams to address unforeseen production challenges.

* Steering and organizing line-trials in collaboration with design and production.

* Keeping our team Confluence (Wiki) content up to date.

* Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification:

* Engineering degree (mechanical or automotive preferred).

* Effective communication skills.

* Analytic and problem-solving skills.

* Organizing talent.

* Openness and determination in finding and implementing the best solutions for BMW.
