Description:

Support Paint Shop training initiatives. Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process.

The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions:

* Developing tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others).

* Develop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others.

* Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes.

* Learn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software).

* Reporting of technical trainings.

* Further development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint).

* Maintenance of reporting systems.

* Planning of future courses.

* Gap analysis (qualifications).

* Data analysis (training data).

* Forecasting training needs.

* Assist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.

Qualifications:

* Computer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar.

* SQL and VBA.

* Oracle.

* Databases.

* Microsoft Power Apps.

* Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)

* Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.

* Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.

* Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).

* Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.

* MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT

* Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

* THE WORK TERM DATES ARE Aug 10th - Dec 11th, 2026.
