This position is expected to start August or September 2026 and continue through fall term (ending approximately December 2026) or continuing into Winter/Spring 2027 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time (40 hours/week) and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.

International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our North America Service Field Management team. You will be working with our Service Program Manager in developing and implementing strategies to maximize scalability and improve operational efficiency in our automotive service division. You will assist across several service and parts teams, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process enhancements to ensure the delivery of top-notch service to our customers while achieving financial objectives.

Can work in any of the following Tesla Service locations - Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Puerto Rico.

What You'll Do

* Assist with developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience and improve brand loyalty
* Assist in gathering and evaluating data to streamline existing service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
* Work closely with Service Program Manager Service Management, Service and Parts teams to align strategies and goals
* Aid with processes to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to identify new product opportunities
* Assist in conducting data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement and provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management

Expected Compensation

$21.63 - $37.02/hour + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
