HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The role calls for someone who is organized, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to roll up their sleeves and learn.
* Full-time Commitment: Work 30-40 hours per week during regular office hours
* Team Collaboration: Support the overall work of the Kering Communications team, in addition to cross-department projects and initiatives
* Project Support: Assist with meeting preparation, task tracking, and project/event recaps
* Administrative Support: Assist with calendar management, organizing team documents, and expense reports
* Event Planning: Support with the planning of key events and provide onsite support for the Kering Communications team

WHO YOU ARE
* Fluent in English, second language a plus
* Interest within luxury retail/fashion
* Organized and detail orientated
* Innovative and creative with a desire to continuously improve
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite essential
* Experience in marketing/communications, public relations or events preferred
* Confidence with social media platforms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organization skills while managing multiple tasks
* Solution-oriented with the ability to take initiative
* Knowledge of international development will be an advantage

Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
