Build Real-World AI Systems at Enterprise Scale
Join Bosch Vietnam's Global Product & Service organization to help build next-generation AI-native workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on advanced Low-Code / No-Code technologies and accelerated with Generative AI, our platform is evolving into an intelligent enterprise system capable of generating workflows, business logic, and integrations at scale.
We are looking for highly motivated AI Engineer Interns who are passionate about AI Engineering, Software Engineering, and real-world problem solving. This is not a research-only internship - you will work on practical AI systems, enterprise workflows, validation engineering, and AI-assisted software generation in real product environments.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
AI Engineering & Validation
* Support development and improvement of Generative AI and agentic AI systems
* Validate AI-generated workflows, business logic, UI behaviors, and integrations
* Analyze edge cases, system behaviors, and AI output accuracy
* Design and execute validation strategies to improve reliability and quality
Software & Product Engineering
* Work with Product, Engineering, QA, and domain experts to understand real business workflows
* Deep dive into legacy systems and compare AI-generated outputs with existing implementations
* Support prompt engineering, system tuning, and AI-assisted development activities
* Contribute to automation, testing, monitoring, and optimization initiatives
Learning & Innovation
* Explore modern AI engineering practices, enterprise architectures, and workflow platforms
* Gain exposure to CI/CD, MLOps concepts, cloud environments, and AI product delivery
* Collaborate with global teams in Agile product development environments

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

Must-Have
* Final-year or senior student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields
* University recommendation/introduction letter for a 6-month internship is mandatory
* Good foundation in software engineering and AI/ML concepts
* Proficiency in Python and basic understanding of LLM or Generative AI frameworks
* Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and software integration concepts
* Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset
* Good English communication skills
* Proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn attitude
Nice-to-Have
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, or MLOps concepts
* Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, automation, or AI-related projects
* GitHub, portfolio, or hands-on AI/software engineering projects
