* Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
* Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
* Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
* Manage meeting room booking
* Manage company taxi cards and parking services
* Manage stationery for the office
* Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
* Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* 3rd - 4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or related fields.
* Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
* Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week for 6 months internship.
* Good ability of English communication
* Strong customer focus
* Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
