Job Description:
Présentation de l'entreprise - C19 CONSULTING
C19 Consulting is a Paris-based creative consultancy working at the intersection of brand strategy, art direction, editorial curation, and digital presence powered by Cyana-Djoher Hadjali. We work with a select portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands across Europe, Australia, and beyond - supporting them from concept to execution, from brand identity to wholesale development.
This internship sits within our brand management practice. You'll be embedded in a real consulting environment, working across client accounts under the direction of our Creative Director.
Description du poste
The Role
This is a back-office and business development internship - not a showroom sales role. You'll be hands-on in the infrastructure that makes wholesale work: building and maintaining retailer databases, researching and qualifying new prospects, preparing season-ready documents, and supporting outreach. The role spans two brand accounts simultaneously, so the ability to context-switch and stay organised across different universes is essential.
Previous wholesale experience - whether through a previous internship, a showroom, or a multi-brand retail environment - is a strong plus and will be weighted heavily in our selection.
What You'll Do
Back Office & Season Preparation
* Maintain and update the wholesale databases (buyers, retailers, contacts, status tracking) across two accounts
* Prepare and organise season documents: line sheets, order forms, product selections, pricing grids
* Support the preparation of showroom and market appointments (materials, follow-up templates, key account files)
* Track order status and follow up on pending requests in coordination with the consultant
* Maintain well-structured, up-to-date records across all wholesale touchpoints
Prospecting & Retailer Research
* Research and identify new retail prospects aligned with each brand's positioning and distribution strategy
* Build and qualify prospect lists by market, country, and retail typology (concept stores, department stores, e-tailers)
* Draft and personalise first-contact outreach emails for new retailer prospects
* Monitor the competitive landscape: track where peer brands are stocked, identify white space opportunities
Profil recherché
Profile
We're looking for a student currently enrolled in a fashion school, business school with a fashion or luxury specialisation, or a wholesale/buying programme - at L3/BA 3rd year or Master level. The right profile is rigorous, proactive, and genuinely interested in the commercial side of fashion.
* Currently enrolled in a fashion school, fashion business school, or wholesale/buying programme (L3/BA 3rd year or Master)
* Previous wholesale, showroom, buying, or multi-brand retail experience is a strong plus - we'll prioritise it
* Comfortable with databases, spreadsheets, and keeping information clean and structured (Excel or Google Sheets essential)
* Proactive and self-directed - able to research, qualify, and take initiative without hand-holding
* Strong written communication skills in English - you'll be drafting outreach emails to international buyers
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage two accounts in parallel
* French is a plus, not a requirement
What We Offer
* Real exposure to wholesale consulting across two distinct brand universes
* Hands-on experience in season preparation and prospecting - the full commercial pipeline, not just admin
* Direct mentorship from an experienced brand consultant
* A fully remote setup with structured deliverables and clear scope of work
* A meaningful addition to your CV in wholesale development and brand management
How to Apply
Send your CV along with a short note explaining your wholesale background (if any) and why this role interests you. A previous internship report, reference, or relevant portfolio of work is welcome but not required
