RTR Accounting Analyst

Job Description:

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide a complete and transparent record of financial transactions over the life of a given financial scope. Maintain the integrity of account information needed to prepare financial statements, including a comprehensive view of assets, liabilities, owners' equity, revenues, and expenses.
INCLUDE: General Ledger / Tax / Fixed Asset / Cash accounting

Support the invoice lifecycle and assist in the collaborative resolution of any invoice discrepancies.

Facilitate vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate vendor data periodically to support our partnerships.

*

Care for payment records and vendor files, while contributing to end-of-the-month closing activities in alignment with our shared group policies.

Review claims with supporting documents and assist in the reconciliation process in accordance with our reimbursement guidelines.

*

Uphold the quality and accuracy of accounting entries within the system and assist with internal control activities to protect our collective standards.

Partner with Affiliates to check and validate the quality of information provided for transaction processing.

Are you a MATCH?

Your Background and Strengths:
* Ideally, you bring a Bachelor or technical degree in Accounting.
* We are looking for someone with around 1-3+ years of accounting experience.
* Technical Skills: You are comfortable using intermediate computer tools (MS Word, Excel, Access).
* Analytical Approach: You bring helpful analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in sharing insights from metrics and communicating effectively with all levels of the organization and our external customers.
