Job Summary:

This role description outlines the responsibilities and qualifications for the Third Party Risk Management Business Process Lead, a Senior Manager based in Argentina.

The Third Party Risk Management Business Process Lead will act as TPRM Operations Lead - Working closely with the responsible leader for all process and tooling matters within TPRM. This role involves overseeing the entire process and tooling from a business perspective, representing TPRM in unique situations, and ensuring compliance with new regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire process and tooling from a business perspective within TPRM.

* Act as the primary partner for all process and tooling matters within TPRM, collaborating closely with David.

* Represent TPRM in unique situations, ensuring that the processes and tools align with the business needs.

* Ensure compliance with new regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory changes.

* Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of TPRM processes and tools.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of TPRM processes.

Job Requirements:

* Extensive experience in third-party risk management (TPRM) or related fields.

* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.

* Proven track record of leading and managing complex business processes and tools.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

* Ability to represent TPRM in high-stakes situations and make informed decisions.

Key Competencies:

* Excellent communication and facilitation skills / Advanced English level.

* Ability to lead and inspire teams, providing clear direction and support.

*  In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in TPRM.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities

* Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective TPRM strategies.

* Strong problem-solving skills
