Stellenbeschreibung:

* Änderungsmanagement: Prozessdurchführung
* Klassifizierung von Sachnummern
* Sachnummern- und Teilestammdatenanlage für Normteile und MTB-Teile
* Administrative Betreuung des Änderungsprozesses (Problemreports, Änderungsanträge und Änderungsnummern)
* Sicherstellung, dass alle Projekte über Änderungen inkl. Querschnittsänderungen informiert sind
* Verfolgung des Änderungsprozesses bis FET anhand von Kennzahlen und frühzeitigen Meldungen
* Prozessüberwachung, -bewertung, Reifegradmessung
* Planung der Prozessweiterentwicklung in Abstimmung mit dem Prozess-Portfoliomanagers
* Prozessdefinition, -dokumentation und -implementierung - gemeinsam mit den Prozesspartnern

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene Fachschule, HAK, HTL bzw. gleichwertige Ausbildung in Maschinenbau oder KFZ-Technik
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Schnittstellenposition
* Vermittlungsfähigkeiten von Vorteil
* Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) erforderlich
* Gute Englischkenntisse erforderlich
* Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue
* Kommunikationsstärke

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt EUR 3.802,93 brutto/Monat. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
