Stellenbeschreibung:

* Laufende Prozessoptimierung im Bereich Lackierung und Konservierung
* Durchführung von Ablaufanalysen
* Auslegung und Planung von Betriebsmitteln
* Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit
* Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen
* Erstellung und Wartung von Arbeitsplänen

Qualifikationen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Oberflächentechnik, idealerweise mit Meisterqualifikation, oder ein vergleichbares Studium
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Prozessplanung im Kraftfahrzeugbau oder Automotive
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lackierung und Konservierungsmittel
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktionsprozesse und Produktionssysteme (Lean, Poke Yoke, etc.)
* Gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse
* Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP; AS400-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
* Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position bezogen auf die Erfüllung der angeführten Anforderungen beträgt EUR 3.802,93 brutto monatlich bezogen auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Kollektivvertrag für Fahrzeugindustrie)
