Our team is looking for a Junior Contract Management Officer.

Your role:
* Maintain accurate records and operational tracking information
* Ensure timely and compliant handling of requests and assignments
* Support the execution of framework contract activities according to established procedures
* Support interactions with internal stakeholders and client representatives
* Assist in resolving operational issues and escalating delivery risks when necessary
* Contribute to maintaining high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Team Collaboration
* Contribute to a positive, service-oriented team environment
* Share knowledge and support team activities

Your profile:
Must have
* 1-3 years of experience in operations, contract administration, service delivery, recruitment coordination, or related functions
* Fluent English and French.
Nice to have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working in structured and process-driven environments.
* Experience in International Organisations contracts is an advantage.
* Experience preparing operational data, documentation, and reporting activities
* Dutch language
