Join us as an Engineering Manager leading backend and full-stack teams that power the SAP Concur platform, working in a hybrid model in São Leopoldo, Brazil. In this technical leadership role, you'll guide engineers, shape architecture decisions, and strengthen the services that support millions of users worldwide.
What you bring
* Leadership experience guiding backend or full-stack engineering teams toward impactful delivery.
* Strong cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures.
* Solid grounding in observability and SRE practices to improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
* Strong stakeholder alignment skills, turning business needs into clear technical direction.
* Ability to coach, mentor, and grow engineers, fostering a high-trust and high-performance environment.
* Strength in problem solving, decision-making, and tackling complex technical challenges.
* Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies to ensure predictable, steady delivery.
