What You'll Do
At BCG X Delivery, we bring together the best of technology and strategy to build impactful, scalable solutions. As an Entry Level Engineer, you will join a unified Engineering track, working across both Software and Data Engineering disciplines.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-impact projects, contributing to the design and development of innovative digital products and data-driven solutions.

In your day-to-day, you will:
* Collaborate with BCG Consulting and BCG X teams to solve complex business and technology challenges
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable software and data solutions across different technical domains
* Apply engineering best practices throughout the full development lifecycle, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability
* Translate business needs into technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
* Contribute to agile teams through continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and improvement

What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, with recent graduation between July 2025 to July 2026
* 6+ months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
* Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar
* Foundational knowledge of software and/or data engineering concepts, including databases and APIs
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or modern engineering tools is a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
