Você irá atuar no time de faturamento, com a administração das faturas dos contratos de equipamentos médicos, que faz parte do time de Back Office LATAM em Varginha-MG. Atividades administrativas para operações e serviços da América Latina, dentro da estrutura de Global Business Services da Philips, a fim de que os processos sejam realizados de acordo com os procedimentos interno. Nesse time, você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar de forma flexível com vários grupos de clientes internos e externos.

Sua Função (horário das 7h45 às 17h15 flexibilidade de 2 hora)
* Criação de faturas no sistema (contratos, avulsos e garantias)
* Encerramento das ordens de serviços que não possuem contrato
* Garantir que todas as faturas sejam emitidas em tempo
* Criação de notas de débito e crédito mediante solicitação
* Suporte à liderança com relatórios relacionados a atividade de atuação
* Sales Suport

Você terá sucesso nessa posição se:
* Ensino Superior Completo
* Espanhol intermediário é desejável para lidar com o time da América Latina
* Desejável inglês intermediário/avançado, sendo um diferencial
* Experiência prévia com atividades administrativas
* Conhecimento avançado em Excel é mandatório
