Key job responsibilities
- Lead finance partner for regional support on FPA and projects.
- Financial modeling, providing analytical support, and validating financial and operational results of process improvement efforts.
- Ensuring a high level of financial controls are followed, maintaining data integrity.
- Developing exceptional talent, and encouraging your team to challenge assumptions.
- Managing and participating in finance activities across Consumer categories.
- Candidate will be located either in São Paulo.
- Support forecast standarization and automatization.
- Active business partner to drive the best decisions on regional growth strategy.
- Orchestrating the whole planning process, from aligning assumptions and providing analysis to system load and data integrity checks.
- Providing accurate and insightful financial reports.
- Finding opportunities to use global standards and transfer repetitive tasks to global teams.
- Developing financial skills across the organization.
- Build great talent inside and outside Finance

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles
- Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
- Speak, write and read fluently in English
- Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
