Job Title: LATAM Regional HR Head
Location: LATAM (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, Guatemala, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay, Panama)
Hybrid/On-Site: Hybrid / On-Site
As the LATAM Regional HR Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the "One DSM Firmenich" Employee Experience across the region. You will implement and localize key business strategies, HR plans, and organizational values to support business growth and employee engagement. This leadership role offers the chance to build strong, agile teams while aligning with global initiatives and making a tangible impact on the region's HR operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the "One DSM-Firmenich" initiative and deploy HR strategies across the LATAM region
* Ensure alignment and efficiency in all HR processes and solutions, while maintaining a close connection to the business
* Drive region-specific HR initiatives and programs tailored to local needs
* Coach and develop Country HR teams, creating a culture of engagement and growth
* Build a high-performing HR team with both broad capabilities and expert knowledge in critical areas
* Oversee labor relations and unions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and codes of conduct across LATAM countries

* Strong business acumen and the ability to build and lead diverse teams across multiple countries
* A strategic and analytical mindset to assess regional needs and align them with global HR strategies
* Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence at all hierarchical levels
* Cultural and organizational awareness to navigate complex regional dynamics
* A high-level understanding of country-specific labor laws and employment practices
* International experience, ideally having lived and worked in multiple countries

Important Notes (Related to N-3)
This job title is temporary and will be adjusted once the job grading structure for the new Group is adopted. This adjustment includes grading design, job evaluations, calibration, and job titles' nomenclature. Current compensation packages will remain unchanged for those whose new position is graded lower than their current one during this temporary period, which will last no more than 24 months for legacy DSM Executives or legacy FIR SLT members, and no more than 12-18 months for all other employees.
