Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Assistente Técnico PL to join our maintenance team. This role involves providing technical support, assisting with equipment maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment and systems, following established procedures and safety protocols.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new equipment and machinery.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
* Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
* Provide technical support and guidance to operational staff.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.

Job Qualifications:**

* Technical degree or certification in Electromechanical, Electronics, Mechanics, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Technical Assistant or similar role, preferably in a maintenance environment.
* Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
* Proficiency in using various hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, if required.
