Job Description:
Amazon is the most customer-centric company on Earth. We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people who are passionate about doing the right thing.
We are looking for a Pricing & Incentives Specialist to join the Pricing & Incentives, Payments & Disputes team within Amazon's Last Mile Brazil organization. This role owns the execution and continuous improvement of pricing models and incentive programs across our Amazon Partner Logistics programs - EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider), AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics), and AMXL (Amazon Extra Large).
In this role, you will analyze partner pricing structures, design and track incentive programs, conduct benchmarking studies, and generate actionable insights through structured reporting. You will report directly to the Pricing & Incentives, Payments & Disputes Manager and work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to ensure partner economics are competitive, accurate, and sustainable.
This position is based out of an AMZL office and may require periodic travel.
If you are passionate about partner economics, data-driven decision-making, and building scalable pricing mechanisms, come join our team.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze and maintain pricing models across EDSP, AMPL, and AMXL partner programs, ensuring rate structures are competitive, consistent, and aligned with business objectives
Design, execute, and monitor incentive programs that drive partner performance, network efficiency, and cost effectiveness
Conduct periodic pricing benchmarking and market analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations for rate adjustments
Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards tracking pricing competitiveness, incentive adoption, ROI, and program performance
Develop scalable pricing and incentive mechanisms: SOPs, written guidance, simulation models, and governance frameworks
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to validate pricing proposals and align incentive structures with contractual frameworks
Investigate pricing anomalies, cost deviations, and incentive program inefficiencies, preparing analyses with findings and recommendations
Monitor changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, and operational dynamics that may impact partner pricing or incentive structures
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase pricing accuracy and incentive program effectiveness
Contribute to special projects and initiatives that enhance the overall pricing and incentive strategy
A day in the life
Your day starts by reviewing the pricing and incentives monitoring queue: checking flagged rate deviations, pending incentive calculations, and open action items across EDSP, AMPL, and AMXL partner programs.
Later, you lead a call with Finance to walk through a pricing proposal for a partner segment, discussing cost impact scenarios and aligning on a recommendation for the Pricing & Payments Manager. You update the pricing review report with benchmarking data, rate comparisons, and next steps.
After lunch, you collaborate with Operations and Procurement to refine an incentive program SOP, then review the weekly performance dashboard: tracking incentive adoption rates, ROI metrics, and pricing accuracy across the network.
You close the day by running a simulation model for a new incentive structure, analyzing different scenarios and preparing a data-backed recommendation for the next team review.
Every day brings a mix of analytical deep-dives, stakeholder engagement, process building, and data-driven reporting - all in service of ensuring Amazon's logistics partners operate under competitive and sustainable economic frameworks.
