Job Title: Procurement Specialist (Direct & Indirect)

As a Procurement Specialist (Direct & Indirect) you will be responsible for act as a strategic partner to the industrial operation, leading direct and indirect procurement categories with a significant impact on the business. This position is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, conducting complex negotiations, managing contracts and strategic suppliers, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, and ensuring the operational continuity of a plant with a high annual purchasing volume.

This position is part of the Essential Products (EssCo) business within the Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) division. It is one of the two independent entities that will be created from ANH as part of its divestiture to CVC Capital Partners.

Your key responsibilities

* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect procurement categories.
* Lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, as well as strategic negotiations with suppliers.
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction, value creation, and risk mitigation.
* Manage contracts, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs.
* Act as a strategic business partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
* Drive sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes.

You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Solid experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain within an industrial environment.
* Proven experience in direct and indirect procurement, strategic negotiations, and contract management.
* Strong analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making and identify value creation opportunities.
* Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
* Advanced English skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment, are mandatory.
