Role Description & Responsibilities
Join our dynamic marketing team and take the lead in planning and executing impactful marketing events and digital campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement, optimizing marketing operations, and ensuring seamless execution across all initiatives.
* Marketing Events: Plan, organize, and execute online and in-person marketing events (webinars, conferences, trade shows, customer events, etc.). Coordinate logistics, vendors, and promotional activities to maximize attendance and engagement. Track performance metrics and report on event ROI.
* Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, content syndication). Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling assets. Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on analytics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Marketing Operations: Maintain and optimize marketing tools, platforms, and processes (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools). Ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and data integrity. Support budget tracking, vendor management, and cross-functional communication.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
* Experience: 6+ years in marketing, with exposure to events, digital campaigns, and/or marketing operations.
* Skills: Strong project management, attention to detail, proficiency with marketing platforms, excellent communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
