About this role

As a Quality Engineer for the Partner Support team, you will ensure the reliability of cutting-edge solutions built for our partners. Our latest initiative is an Al voice solution that answers partner calls and provides assistance in real time. The role involves testing and validating the integrations between telephony, support advisors, Al agents, and internal APIs. Guided by our values to lead, deliver, and care, you will embrace a customer-centric approach and a strong focus on teamwork to deliver. You will develop automation for various architectural patterns as we leverage our evolving distributed platform and validate our own Al solutions. You'll be part of a team that values taking ownership of your work but is always ready to support you when you need it. Our goal is to ensure our partners have a seamless experience and get the help they need efficiently.

This is an 18 month Fixed-Term Contract starting ASAP.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented automation code and test frameworks.
* Take ownership of quality strategies, from initial feature concept to production monitoring and support, aiming high and driving excellence.
* Take on supervisory responsibility, emphasising the importance of collaboration and helping one another succeed.
* Validate and automate the testing of API and MCP integrations between platforms to ensure seamless interoperability.
* Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for our internal telephony management platform, focusing on reliability and performance.
* Provide a quality-first perspective in team discussions on architecture, Al performance, infrastructure, and technical strategy.
* Ensure an exceptional support experience for our partners by identifying potential friction points and advocating for the end user.

What will you bring to the team?

* Experience in Test Automation and API testing, aiming higher to drive excellence in complex system integrations.
* Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners, ensuring exceptional and reliable support experiences.
* A strong "Shift Left" mentality in Agile environments, staying committed to achieving goals through proactive design reviews.
* Act responsibly while making a lasting impact by using observability tools for precise Root Cause Analysis and bug reporting.
* Excellent collaboration skills, engaging in Git workflows and CI/CD integration to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
* A continuous learning mindset to explore AI-driven QA techniques, validating non-deterministic systems to drive innovation.
