Job Description:

We're looking for a HVAC Sales Representative who will take charge of the company's partner network in Bulgaria and drive success in the HVAC market. If you have strong industry experience, technical expertise, and a passion for building relationships, this is your opportunity to shine!

Job responsibilities:
* Manage and expand the existing channel partner network
* Build strategic relationships with installers, designers, and key accounts
* Provide technical solutions and consultancy for VRF projects
* Support sales of VRF systems, RAC, Heat Pumps and all available HVAC portfolio
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Requirements:
* University degree in HVAC, engineering or other relevant field would be considered a plus
* 2+ years of previous professional experience in the HVAC sector, preferably as a Sales Representative
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with VRF systems
* Technical understanding and ability to consult on projects
* Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.
* Good organizational skills, high level of responsibility
* Proactive personality, ability to prioritize the workload, good time-management, multitasking
* Fluent English - written and spoken
* Driving license
