Job Description:

Supervisor/a OOCC - Obras Civiles

* En Ferrovial Construcción Chile nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a OOCC para integrarse a importante proyecto de infraestructura.
* El cargo será responsable de supervisar, coordinar y controlar en terreno la ejecución de partidas de obras civiles, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, plazo y productividad definidos por el proyecto.

Principales funciones

* Supervisar trabajos de movimiento de tierra, excavaciones, rellenos, estructuras, hormigonado, moldajes, enfierradura y terminaciones estructurales.
* Verificar el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas, procedimientos constructivos y estándares QA/QC.
* Coordinar cuadrillas, subcontratos, recursos y frentes de trabajo.
* Controlar avances físicos, cubicaciones, productividad y restricciones en terreno.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
* Coordinar liberaciones de frentes con calidad, prevención, inspección técnica y otras especialidades.
* Reportar avances, desviaciones, riesgos y necesidades al/la Jefe/a de Obra.

Requisitos

* Título técnico o profesional en Construcción Civil, Ingeniería en Construcción, Técnico en Construcción, Técnico en Obras Civiles o carrera afín.
* Experiencia en supervisión de obras civiles, idealmente en proyectos de infraestructura, obras industriales, ferroviarias, urbanas o de gran escala.
* Conocimientos en lectura de planos, EETT, hormigón armado, control de calidad en obra, cubicaciones y coordinación de especialidades.
* Manejo de Excel, Word, PowerPoint y AutoCAD.
* Deseable experiencia con subcontratos, reportabilidad de terreno y sistemas de gestión documental.
* Deseable certificación en trabajo en altura, izaje, primeros auxilios o control de calidad de hormigón.
