In this role, you will act as a key link between commercial teams, data, and technology, enabling data-driven decision-making and strengthening commercial execution through CRM, analytics, and reporting tools.

What You Will Do

* Manage and optimize CRM and commercial systems to ensure high performance and data quality
* Develop dashboards and generate insights to support strategic decisions
* Monitor adoption and correct use of tools across commercial teams
* Deliver actionable analyses on sales performance, pipeline, and opportunities
* Lead training initiatives and foster a data-driven culture
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency

Who You Are

* Experience in CRM, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analytics
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Excel, and CRM systems (Dynamics or similar)
* Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
* Clear communicator with a continuous improvement mindset
