Job Description:
The Operations & Execution Framework Analyst is a developing professional role which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of operations; demonstrates good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the LMS Operations area. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive
information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact and integration with operations core activities.
The main role of this position is to support the strategic execution framework for Service LMS Operations globally, which focus is on ensuring the execution of the strategic initiatives identified for the function. This portfolio of initiatives has different natures (non-technology and technology) and are supported by a variety of regional and global champions. This position interacts with several stakeholders in the region and global levels including the extended senior leadership of Global LMS Operations.
This position will also support in the Operational processing of requests coming to the LMS CSC by executing the maker/checker role in applications use for the different LMS products in the Americas region.
Responsibilities:
* Collect, measure and analyze project management data related to the TTS Client Operation LMS AMERICAS strategic execution framework
* Identify, track and close execution framework initiatives and risks with support of champions identified
* Provides project reporting and oversight as appropriate
* Track execution and timelines, report progress and support in the solution of problems around the strategic initiatives
* Facilitate coordination and cooperation for cross-functional team interaction
* Measure adoption and manage the benefits realization obtained from initiatives implemented
* Applies project management skills. Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
* Manage communication with execution framework champions
* Processing of requests for setups of LMS products
Qualifications:
* 2-5 years relevant experience
* Experience in quality, control, project tracking roles as a plus
* Proficient use of Microsoft Applications Package (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop good professional relationships.
Education:
* Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
