As Regional Category Buyer - Real Estate & Workspace Experience within our Procurement team, you'll lead sourcing strategies across LATAM and Brazil, managing approximately EUR35M in annual spend while building strong partnerships with internal teams and key suppliers across the region.We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives. Main Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for Real Estate and Workspace Experience across LATAM and Brazil, including competitive bids, contract negotiations, and rate card management
* Partner closely with internal business teams to understand their needs, consolidate requirements, and deliver procurement strategies that support their goals
* Analyze large volumes of spend data to generate business insights, track savings, and report on performance and risks
* Manage supplier relationships through structured programs, ensuring continuous value delivery and alignment with category strategies
* Stay ahead of market trends and industry benchmarks, bringing fresh perspectives and best practices to the team
* Support pre- and post-audit processes and contribute to crisis management when needed
* Present procurement strategies and results to key internal stakeholders across the region

About you

* Experience: Background in procurement or a related field, with exposure to category management and sourcing processes.
* Technical skills: Strong analytical and data management skills; proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa or similar platforms.
* Soft skills: Results-driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Languages: Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
