- Manage opportunity lifecycle by capturing, tracking, and advancing qualified leads in our customer relationship management system, ensuring timely and organized handoffs to sales teams.
- Maintain activity metrics by consistently meeting outbound contact goals, decision maker engagement targets, and lead qualification benchmarks.
- Collaborate across teams by sharing customer insights with sales and marketing colleagues, contributing to shared knowledge resources, and supporting the broader adoption strategy for AWS services.
A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on identifying and engaging prospective customers through targeted outreach campaigns designed to uncover new sales opportunities. Throughout the day, you'll document your interactions and qualified leads in our customer relationship management system, ensuring seamless handoffs to our sales team. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across sales and marketing to refine your approach, share insights about customer pain points, and contribute to our collective knowledge about what resonates with prospects in the region.
