Administration & Sales Support

Job Description:

The Administration & Sales Support is temporary replacement during maternity leave and will be responsible for processing orders and tracking deliveries, monitoring public tender announcements and preparation of documents needed in accordance with public tenders, processing complaints about delivery and quality of goods, preparation of documents for finance, supporting marketing campaigns and doing proactively sales in the territory of Croatia. You will be very much hands-on and interact closely across the matrix with customers. Previous experience in cooperation with hospitals will be an added advantage.

This position reports to the General Manager and is part of the commercial team in located in Croatia and will be an on-site role.

The position will be a 1-year maternity replacement with the option for permanent employment/contract.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
· Manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including order entry, amendments, billing coordination, and follow-up
· Coordinate outbound shipments, delivery schedules, customs documentation, and freight forwarding activities.
· Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support including reporting, documentation control, and finance coordination.

The essential requirements of the job include:
· Secondary education or University degree
· Relevant experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or operations
· Understanding of logistics coordination with freight forwarders, couriers, and 3PL warehouses

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· It's an advantage to have up to 2+ years of relevant experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or operations
· Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
