System Automation and AI Expert

Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and technically skilled Automation and AI Expert to drive digital transformation and intelligent automation initiatives. You will develop and optimize AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. What you'll be doing: Develop and implement AI, chatbot, voicebot, and automation solutions. Design conversation flows, train AI models, and optimize their performance. Lead and support automation and digital transformation projects across departments. Integrate AI solutions with existing systems in cooperation with IT and data teams. Analyze customer interaction and operational data to identify improvement opportunities. Manage the AI model lifecycle from testing and deployment to maintenance and optimization. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders on AI and automation initiatives. Ensure projects comply with IT, quality, and security standards. Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. What you'll bring: Fluent Czech or Polish and English (B2+). Experience with AI/ML, NLP, chatbots, and voicebots. Knowledge of AI frameworks and automation tools. Experience with databases, analytics, and system integration. Python or other programming skills are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
