Technical Project Manager for System Validation - Front Camera

We are running several projects in our front camera system validation platform in the R&D center in Prague. Our main scope is system validation of "ADAS" (active safety) and other functions based on a front camera sensor. Our common goal is to be the best and to have the latest state of the art validation methods and strategies in our projects. We are touching the edge of technology today!

Currently are looking for a SYSTEM VALIDATION TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER with responsibility for system testing and validation, which is a key part of our development process.

YOUR CHALLENGES?
● Manage the Validation and Testing teams
● Responsibility to deploy and implement the "state of the art" standards, processes, methods & tools
● Responsibility to define the validation strategy and validation plan
● Planning of the needed activities and ensuring the required resources
● Managing the execution of system validation and testing within the projects
● Managing the project validation team (5+ colleagues) including the toolchain team (5+ colleagues)
● Monitoring team progress
● Ensuring proper reporting to hierarchical manager and inside the project
● Participation to the improvement of the System Validation and Testing standards, process methods & tools
● Checking / auditing the implementation of the standards

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...
● Finished university-level education in the area of Robotics, Computer, Electronic Science, Electronic Engineering, System Engineering or similar field
● Experience with management of validation tasks
● Experience with leading a team
● Experience with testing / validation of electrical product
● Good level of English to communicate within international teams
● Proactive, quality oriented management attitude and team spirit
● Experience with formal (quality-controlled) product development process
