We are looking for a Department Manager, for our beautiful store on Købmagergade The position is: Department Manager, Fulltime, limited term. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following mission:Acting as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and passing on the Sephora DNALeading, coaching, and developing the team to deliver outstanding customer experienceCommunicating targets clearly and motivating the team to achieve them Operations Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications Assortment and merchandise maintenance Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates Carrying out inventories Operating cash register Additional tasks related to the daily business Experience & Technical Skills Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or gastronomy sector First experience in retail and in advising and dealing with customers Excellent communication skills with customers Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends Fluent in English or native language of the country Being LVMH Acts people oriented Shows creativity and drives innovation Strives for excellence Entrepreneurial spirit & mindset Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …Strong leadership and coaching skills.Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented.Excellent communication and delegation abilities Here, you will find: Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and leadWork that brings, fulfillment.
