This is a hybrid role (approx. 3days a week in the office). where you'll be based out of our Copenhagen headquarters. You'll have access to our onsite gym, gift shop and bistro for great breakfasts and lunches!

The role:
In this position you will play the role of a technical program manager for one of our ocean price determination capabilities, setting algorithmic prices for our ocean products. You will hold the program management responsibility of the capability, connecting our frontline users and our wider platform team and drive user- and company value as an integral part of accelerating our journey towards automated price setting. You will become part of a diverse and dynamic team of program managers and drive value through interaction with multiple functions and users across the world on a weekly basis. Given the close involvement in experimentation, P&L value realization while being responsible for the overall roadmap of the capability, the role requires some technical experience along with overall program management experience.

Responsibilities:
* Own the 2024 roadmap for one of our three existing algorithmic Ocean Price Determination capabilities, applying AI for deciding closing rate levels and capturing customer willingness to pay.
* Create vision and spearhead roadmap development, including further development in scope across 2025 and beyond in close collaboration with HQ and frontline stakeholders.
* Work closely together with our technology teams and frontline users in conducting experimentation to test and validate tool capabilities in an iterative development process.
* Drive change management towards pricing modernization through demonstrating the value of algorithmic pricing and process standardization.
* Assess impact to involved front-end and back-end team and support where process adjustments are required upstream and downstream.

What you'll bring:
* Proven experience in program management, particularly in pricing determination within the logistics or maritime industry.
* Experience in a technical role with high proficiency within SQL, Power BI, Python and other relevant applications.
* Demonstrated track record of data driven story telling and crafting compelling strategies leveraging insights, structuring complex ideas to drive clarity, consensus and simplify decision making processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Proven transformation track record, through a highly structured approach, strong written and verbal communication and change management.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and earn trust with stakeholders ranging across levels at the (COMPANY NAME) operating functions.
